Hey, I’m KC — but you can call me GB.
I started my fitness journey in 2023, during one of the hardest times for my mental health. Stepping into the weight room was the escape I didn’t know I needed — a place where I rebuilt myself from the inside out. Through strength training, I found my confidence, my healing, and a version of me I’m proud of.
Now, I want other women to feel that same power. Your body is your lifelong home, and it deserves to be cared for, celebrated, and loved. As a mum of two girls, I’m passionate about showing them — and you — that strong isn’t just how you look, it’s how you feel, how you show up for yourself, and how you live your life. If you’re ready to step into your own strength, I’m here to walk alongside you every rep of the way.
